The core asset is a legally registered mining-category license in Mongolia, valid to 2051 and covering over 5,000 hectares. It is at mining-license stage (not an exploration concept), with legal readiness for development. The state-verified resource is Class B+C: approximately 2.56 Mt ore at 0.49 g/t AuEq, containing about 1,284 kg AuEq metal; phase-1 mineable ore is about 2.24 Mt, with 500,000 t/yr throughput and a 5-year mine life.
The project follows a “compliance first, construction second, expansion third” EPC logic. Key metrics: first-stage build CAPEX of about USD 19M, steady-state annual revenue of about USD 32M, annual operating cost of about USD 22M, EBITDA of about USD 10M (31.3% margin), simple payback of about 1.9 years, and a screening-level IRR of 30%–40%.
The asset holder offers the project for sale in full at an indicative price of about USD 5.5M — roughly 0.55× annual EBITDA — i.e. acquire the mining-right asset at low consideration, then deploy engineering-led capital to unlock cash flow.
