This opportunity is based on a legally registered exploration license in Mongolia, developing an Au–Cu–Ag–Pb polymetallic corridor dominated by porphyry Cu-Au and VMS systems, with a mineralized strike of about 5.5–8.0 km and widths of 100–300 m. Through an integrated EPC model and direct access to Chinese equipment supply chains and smelter offtake, the resource is to be converted into exportable production capacity.
The asset is at exploration stage with a P1 (prognostic) resource: approximately 54 t gold and about 19 t copper-silver-lead polymetal. On a preliminary 600,000 t/yr basis: total CAPEX of about USD 35M, annual revenue of about USD 41.4M, EBITDA of about USD 4.4M, payback of about 7–9 years and an estimated IRR of 12%–18%. The principal value lever is upgrading P2/P3 resources to P1 and reserve status through infill drilling — this is an exploration-stage, upside-driven opportunity rather than a mature cash-flow mine.
Suggested structure: 51% investor / 49% local equity, EPC with milestone-based phased deployment, and long-term offtake with Chinese smelters.
